After a quick run through of how the Weight Watchers program works, dive right into 50 terrific sounding recipes complete with points values. I generally tend to avoid “diet”dessert because a smaller portion sounds better than fake food, but some of these recipes had me wanting to breakout the Christmas baking. I am certain my boys will never notice the difference if I don’t tell them. Plus Dessert is year round thing and I can see serving recipes like Strawberry Chocolate Shortcake, Apple Cinnamon Cake, and the family favorite bread pudding, just because. The book also includes a link to the free Weight Watchers Smoothie Recipes. The only major drawback that comes to mind is that I prefer pictures to compare my efforts to when trying new recipes and they are in short supply here.
